Head-to-head for women
Bionomy Health vs EverSlim
Bionomy Health and EverSlim both offer GLP-1 telehealth to women, but they make different trade-offs on PCOS and hormonal suitability, clinical oversight, price and access. Here they are side-by-side on the Metabolic-Fit Score — our women's-health rubric.
Bionomy Health
Higher scoreRanked #23 for women · Grade C
Metabolic-Fit / 100
Best for: Not a natural fit for this audience, and we would rather say so: Bionomy is a men's hormone brand with nothing on its site about pregnancy, breastfeeding, PCOS or women's health. It is here because its pharmacy and prescriber disclosure is genuinely above average — and because what that disclosure leaves out is worth reading.

Ranked #25 for women · Grade C
Metabolic-Fit / 100
Best for: Mothers who want the lowest verified monthly price and care who fills the prescription — and who will get the real price, the shipping cost and the refund terms confirmed in writing first, because EverSlim's own pages give more than one answer to each.
Visit EverSlimThe verdict for women
Bionomy Health edges out EverSlim on the Metabolic-Fit Score, 54 to 53 (C vs C). Not a natural fit for this audience, and we would rather say so: Bionomy is a men's hormone brand with nothing on its site about pregnancy, breastfeeding, PCOS or women's health. It is here because its pharmacy and prescriber disclosure is genuinely above average — and because what that disclosure leaves out is worth reading.
EverSlim is still a genuine option — names three compounding pharmacies in three separate documents, which is more than most of this market manages — on a site 103 days old that also advertises 2,400 patient reviews we can find no trace of, four different monthly prices, and prepay discounts worth exactly nothing. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities.

Bionomy Health
Ranked #23 · Grade C
What we like
- Names both compounding pharmacies — Strive Pharmacy and Absolute Pharmacy — in every page footer and on a dedicated disclosure page, and will name the dispensing pharmacy for any order on request
- Names a medical director whose NPI record and state licence we were able to verify independently
- $189 a month is the real price, confirmed in the store's own product data rather than only in marketing, with no intro rate and no dose-scaling clause
The caveats
- Absolute Pharmacy, the pharmacy Bionomy names for its GLP-1 fills, has been on California Board of Pharmacy probation since 8 November 2023 and remains so until 7 November 2027; Bionomy's pharmacy page does not mention it and says its partners maintain "ongoing compliance with state and federal pharmacy law"
- Bionomy places that pharmacy in Streetsboro, Ohio; its own site and its NPI record both place it in Lutz, Florida
- Nothing on the site addresses pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum care or PCOS — there is not even a pregnancy contraindication on the public pages

EverSlim
Ranked #25 · Grade C
What we like
- Names three compounding pharmacies — EPIQ Scripts, Foothills Pharmacy and Emerald Compounding Pharmacy — in its footer, its Terms and its telehealth consent
- At $130 a month the real checkout price is among the lowest we have verified, with no dose-scaling clause anywhere on the site
- Oral semaglutide and tirzepatide are available alongside the injections
The caveats
- Advertises $117, $127, $140 and $149 across its own pages; the live checkout charges $130, a figure that appears in none of the marketing
- Its 3- and 6-month plans advertise "Save 7%" and "Save 12%" and both work out to $130.00 a month — the same as paying monthly
- Claims "11,000+ patients" and "4.9/5 by 2,400+ patients" on a domain registered on 19 April 2026, with no reviews page, no testimonial and no rating markup anywhere — while its own landing page says the company is "just getting started, so instead of reviews…"
