The verdict for women

Higher Metabolic-Fit Score: Hers

Hers edges out Zealthy on the Metabolic-Fit Score, 63 to 33 (C vs C). Mothers who want a familiar, app-driven consumer brand and are comfortable budgeting for a separate membership fee on top of the posted medication price.

Zealthy is still a genuine option — ⛔ FDA warning letter #716501 (Sept. 2025), which names getzealthy.com, and in April 2026 the FTC and DOJ moved to seize the company and freeze its assets. Read both before anything else here. Weigh the six women's-health factors below against your own priorities.

Hers

Ranked #24 · Grade C

What we like

  • Explicit women-focused positioning and a brand many mothers already trust
  • Now selling FDA-approved brand-name medication (Wegovy, Zepbound) rather than compounded semaglutide
  • Nationwide, with a polished app and both oral and injectable options

The caveats

  • Carries an FDA warning letter dated September 2025 over the prior compounded-semaglutide business, before this pivot to brand-name product
  • The posted 'from $149/mo' price is medication only — a required $149/mo membership (billed separately, $39 the first month) roughly doubles the real ongoing cost
  • A general weight program, not a clinician-led metabolic service with postpartum or PCOS specialization

Zealthy

Ranked #267 · Grade C

What we like

  • Among the lowest disclosed monthly prices for compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide
  • A real care team and messaging support behind the low price
  • Low entry cost can make treatment reachable when it otherwise wouldn't be

The caveats

  • April 2026: the FTC and DOJ asked a federal court to place Zealthy in receivership and freeze its assets, alleging deceptive disclosures, obstructive cancellation and review manipulation
  • The same complaint alleges misuse of clinicians' NPI numbers to issue prescriptions without their knowledge or consent — the government's words are that Zealthy is "actively deceiving telehealth patients, endangering their safety, and raiding their bank accounts". These are allegations, not findings; the case is ongoing
  • ⛔ Separately, and earlier: FDA warning letter #716501, dated September 9, 2025, to FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy, over the unlawful sale of unapproved and misbranded compounded semaglutide — the letter names getzealthy.com
