The monthly offer and prepaid commitment are separate choices

Harbor’s semaglutide and tirzepatide product pages advertise $99 and $149 per month, respectively, including medication, clinician care and shipping, with no separate membership fee. They say the price does not rise as the prescribed dose increases. Its billing consent separately identifies monthly plans with no minimum commitment and prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month plans. The published monthly offer is a usable starting budget; confirm the prescribed quantity, total due and selected plan before paying. A personalized prescription checkout was not verified.

A lower equivalent displayed for a prepaid term would describe a different amount committed upfront. Do not assume that every promotion buys one month at a time or gives unused months back if treatment stops. Harbor also markets prices that never increase, while its billing consent permits price or plan changes with at least thirty days’ advance notice where required by law. Treat the advertised dose-flat rate as the current offer, rather than an unconditional lifetime price guarantee.

Dietitian access and women's-health material are real distinctions

The program includes a dedicated dietitian and describes clinical-team access, with periodic consultations typically around every three months. Its substantial FAQ library addresses pregnancy, breastfeeding and PCOS rather than leaving those subjects entirely absent. Those are useful resources to discuss with a clinician, but they do not constitute personal clearance to start or continue medication. Ask how the dietitian and prescriber coordinate and whether the relevant reproductive or hormonal history changes the proposed plan.

Harbor is a technology platform operated by Harbor Health Inc.; its legal documents use the name Harbor Health Inc. doing business as Arbor. Its footer identifies MD Integrations as the partner medical group providing telehealth consultations. Independent licensed clinicians make treatment decisions, and independent pharmacies dispense prescriptions. A platform brand is not itself the prescribing practice. The public descriptions do not identify the pharmacy assigned to every patient or make a compounded preparation FDA-approved. No complete service-area list is published; confirm prescribing and dispensing eligibility for your location.

The money-back slogan has a long set of conditions

The weight-loss guarantee requires twelve consecutive months without a lapse, an eligible standard-dose plan, all four quarterly shipments, adherence to instructions and other conditions. It also excludes people who used outside weight-loss medication in the twelve months before enrollment. Starting and target weights must meet specified limits, and a claim must arrive within fourteen days after the twelve-month enrollment ends with the required verification. This is a conditioned year-long guarantee, not a general promise of a refund whenever a patient is dissatisfied.

The billing consent, updated September 29, 2026, says subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. Monthly plans have no minimum commitment; prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month plans are paid in full for their term. Canceling before renewal stops that next charge. This describes future billing, not a right to return a prescription or recover unused prepaid months. Keep the selected plan and renewal date with your receipt, especially if a promotion influenced the purchase.

If you cancel before a prescription is written, the ordinary refund deducts a $100 clinician consultation fee. Once the prescription is written, the payment is nonrefundable, including prepaid months not yet shipped. The consent provides a full refund when a clinician does not approve treatment. It also distinguishes a timely cancellation received before renewal from a cancellation after the renewal charge: the latter deducts the $100 fee only if the refill prescription has not been written. Confirm the applicable stage rather than relying on cancel-anytime wording alone.
