The operator's FDA letter concerns another named website

Lean Meds' Terms identify Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC, the same legal entity and Miami suite named in FDA warning letter 728236 of June 8, 2026 to Trinity HealthCare Supply, LLC dba altRx. The letter concerns altRx, rather than the Lean Meds website, and addresses misleading compounder-identity and clinical-evidence claims. That is relevant operator history with a specific limit: it should not be rewritten as a letter issued about the Lean Meds website itself.

Nor should the shared Trinity wording be used to equate every similarly named corporation. Trinity Meds Inc. and Trinity HealthCare Supply LLC are not interchangeable legal names. A trademark or commercial connection does not alone establish identical entities. For the Lean Meds purchase, the useful questions are which company governs the agreement, which practice makes the prescribing decision and which pharmacy dispenses. Those roles should remain identifiable before payment rather than be inferred from a familiar family of brand words or a regulator's action against another website.

The current $49 offer is a shared program floor

Lean Meds' current pricing section advertises a program from $49 per month. It describes the same amount each month and on the first and subsequent orders, with no dose-related increase, but it does not identify a separate current price for semaglutide and tirzepatide. The two vial images do not supply that missing price assignment. Treat $49 as a public program floor rather than a confirmed all-inclusive quote for either prescribed medicine. Obtain the molecule, preparation, quantity, supply, complete amount due and next order terms before using the figure as a treatment budget.

The program presentation includes a care coach, nutritionist support, a telemedicine prescription pathway and free shipping. Those benefits do not establish that every medication and dose is included in the $49 floor. Earlier published semaglutide quotes were $79 monthly, with $76, $73 and $69 on longer terms; tirzepatide was $109, with $105, $100 and $95 equivalents. Those amounts remain historical rather than newly confirmed offers. The public consultation entry asks for height, weight and a goal before a drug-specific price appears; no answers were submitted during this recheck.

The current no-rebilling claim needs a matching order agreement

The current homepage says there is no automatic rebilling. That differs from earlier published policy describing auto-renewing subscriptions and cancellation by email at least forty-eight hours before processing. The older policy also made an order nonrefundable after the initial medical intake was submitted and treated consultation charges as nonrefundable. Do not assume that the new marketing statement cancels a previous subscription or resolves the refund boundary for a current order. Ask which agreement governs the selected purchase, whether another payment requires fresh authorization and when an order becomes final.

The current footer identifies OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC in the care arrangement. That disclosure does not identify the individual prescriber or the pharmacy assigned to every order. Ask for those identities and confirm eligibility for the actual prescription and address. Earlier pharmacy descriptions referred to state-licensed compounding partners without naming a dispenser. Public information does not establish a dedicated postpartum, breastfeeding or PCOS program, so relevant concerns need discussion with the responsible clinician. A coach and nutritionist may support an appropriate plan, but they do not replace the clinician's prescription decision or a complete medication quote.

Compare the current order, not an older ladder

The practical cost comparison begins with a written selected-plan total, not the shared $49 floor or the earlier $79 and $109 figures. Ask how dose changes, tests, additional visits and a different preparation affect the bill. Confirm the delivery schedule, follow-up route and whether stopping treatment also stops future charges. Lean Meds' named care partner and current no-rebilling presentation make useful questions more specific, while the operator's dated regulatory history remains a separate matter. Choose only after the actual care, dispensing, payment and cancellation roles are clear.
