Who this actually suits
It suits a mother who knows she is staying at least two months and wants options inside that — starting on an injection and moving to a lozenge, or trying a compounded dose before a brand pen, without changing provider. The flat-price-at-any-dose structure rewards exactly that, because titrating up costs nothing extra.
It is a poor fit for testing the water. If you are not sure a GLP-1 is right for you, the two-month floor means the decision is really a two-month decision, and the rebound-weight evidence is worth reading first — stopping early is common, and here it is expensive.
