Strut Health received an FDA warning letter — #721448, dated 20 February 2026 — to Strut Health, LLC for false or misleading claims and misbranding. The letter names struthealth.com directly, so there is no ambiguity about who it is about. In plain terms it concerns labeling that implied Strut compounded the medication itself.

We list it, score it on the same rubric as everything else, and disclose the letter rather than quietly dropping the company — a letter is a disclosure, not a disqualification. But you should know it exists before you read the prices below, because the prices are what brought most people to this page.

Genuinely cheap, and every price is a 'starting at'

Every one of those figures is a 'starting at' auto-refill rate, and the standalone ongoing price is not published anywhere. That is the thing to pin down before you sign up: what you pay in month three, on a single month, without an auto-refill commitment. A price that exists only on the condition that you keep buying is a different offer from a price.

A lozenge is not the approved oral tablet

The $99 sublingual lozenge is the cheapest thing on this page and the most easily misread. It is a compounded preparation held under the tongue — not the FDA-approved oral GLP-1 tablet, which is a separate product with its own trials and its own label. If needle avoidance is what is keeping you from starting, it is a real option; if you believed you were buying the approved oral at a discount, you are not. What is genuinely good here

Two things, and they are not small. Strut Health is physician-founded — Simal Patel, MD — with a real clinical identity behind the brand rather than a marketing name and an anonymous provider network. And it carries both molecules in both forms, lozenge and injection, which is a wider menu than most programs at any price and far wider than most at this one.

The free MD visit is also a real inclusion rather than a line item recovered elsewhere in the pricing. For a mother deciding whether a GLP-1 is even right for her, a consultation that costs nothing to attend lowers the barrier to asking properly — which is the right first step regardless of where she ends up filling the prescription.

Who this suits

Someone price-constrained who wants a needle-free option, has read the letter and judged it acceptable, and will confirm two things in writing first: the ongoing price without auto-refill, and whether her state is served — the state list is not published.
