BeyondMD's current dedicated injection pages advertise semaglutide starting at $125 and tirzepatide starting at $199. The tirzepatide page title still carries $209, while its visible offer shows $199. Neither current injection offer establishes the billing period, dose or supplied quantity behind the starting amount. These are public product floors, not verified monthly treatment totals. Earlier oral and branded consultation figures need their own current checks and should not inherit the injection-page confirmation.

The semaglutide page describes a provider consultation, weight-loss coaching and Zofran in its program, with nutrition or specialist options also mentioned. It advertises free membership, provider access and support. Confirm which services and any prescription for nausea are appropriate and included in your actual order, and whether optional services add a charge. Earlier general GLP-1 material described a $139–$449 monthly band with a $34 consultation fee included; that older range does not resolve the selected product's current supply, billing or complete payment.

The semaglutide Get Started route currently opens a specialist appointment form asking for name, contact details, date of birth or age, and agreement to terms before establishing a prescription-specific price. No answers were entered during this public entry check. The route shows how to request a consultation; it does not demonstrate approval, a completed clinical visit or the amount a particular patient would pay.

A provider consultation described as included and a free membership still do not establish that medication, every optional appointment or shipping is free. Request a written selected-plan quote before paying, with any nutrition or specialist add-on clearly separated from the injection price. The useful comparison is the complete charge for the actual preparation and supplied duration, rather than a starting amount with an assumed calendar-month label.

Named clinicians — the rarest thing on our list

Most compounded-GLP-1 platforms name nobody. BeyondMD names eleven, and three carry full credential bios: John Marley Bernard Jr., MD (Jefferson Medical College, emergency medicine residency at suny Buffalo, board certified, 20 years in practice); Hollie Ann Hall, APRN-C (Baker University 2003, family nurse practitioner via University of Phoenix 2010, aanp certified); and Jordan Dorsey, NP (endocrinology, primary care, dermatology, urology). Those are checkable credentials attached to checkable names, and it is the strongest thing in BeyondMD's file.

It is undercut by carelessness on the same page. Dr Bernard is "Medical Director" on /our-providers/ and "Nurse Director" on the homepage. Jordan Dorsey's name is misspelled "Jordan Doresey" in his own heading. And /frequently-asked-questions/ is unfinished Lorem Ipsum — "Ut wisi enim ad minim veniam" — live right now, under the headings "Intensive Caring" and "Best of Care," on a healthcare site. Three phone numbers circulate across the site, two contact-email domains, and the informed-consent page on BeyondMD's website is headed with a sibling brand's name.

PCOS is named. Postpartum is not.

For readers of this site the maternal record splits cleanly. Pregnancy and breastfeeding are addressed twice, as contraindications, in the right places: the compounded semaglutide page lists them alongside medullary thyroid cancer and MEN2, and the Wegovy page says "Do not use Wegovy if you: Are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding." That is the label, stated where a patient reads it.

PCOS is named too, and as an actual qualifying condition rather than a keyword: both brand pages set eligibility at "a BMI of 27 or higher with at least one weight-related health factor, such as insulin resistance, prediabetes, PCOS, high blood pressure, or abnormal cholesterol." That is more than most of this market does — see our evidence review on GLP-1s and PCOS for what the research supports there. The word "postpartum," however, appears nowhere on the site, so claim no postpartum positioning from any of this.

Refunds depend on whether clinical review or pharmacy processing has begun

BeyondMD publishes a [Refund & Cancellation Policy]. Consultation and clinical-review fees are nonrefundable once work begins, even if treatment is declined medically; an unprovided service may qualify for a refund. Medication generally becomes nonrefundable when the pharmacy starts processing or preparation, not only when it ships. Requests made before transmission or processing receive individual review, so contact support promptly rather than assuming an unshipped order can be canceled.

Future renewals can be canceled under the selected program’s rules before renewal or processing. That does not refund completed services or processed prescriptions. Report damage, an incorrect order or a missing shipment for investigation; replacement, credit or refund may be appropriate, but a delay alone is not an automatic refund. Lack of expected results does not create a refund entitlement. Obtain the deadline for your program and keep the cancellation confirmation.

Which states, exactly? The site says both.

On a single page load, the sitewide footer says BeyondMD provides "care to clients in all 50 states" — echoed on /about/ and /our-providers/ — while the /our-process/ FAQ and the homepage FAQ both say it "currently serves most U.S. states." No list is published anywhere. The site asks for a ZIP code, the code resolves eligibility server-side, and the runtime fallback message is "Sorry! There is no provider available in your state." We record the conservative reading. Do not plan a move around the footer's version.

Where the evidence sits

BeyondMD now has current public injection floors of $125 for semaglutide and $199 for tirzepatide, but neither dedicated page defines the period, dose and supplied quantity behind that amount. Earlier oral and branded-program prices remain historical context until separately reconfirmed. The actual prescription, clinician, pharmacy, state eligibility, complete financial agreement and follow-up still need to fit the patient.
